Several years ago, we bought our first loaf of Great Harvest bread, and we were hooked. We loved the fun and generous atmosphere of the stores and decided that this was the business for us.
We believe it's possible to run a successful business and have fun at the same time. That's why we're up to our elbows in bread dough, why we play music, and why we give away slices of bread - because it's fun. We love eating it, and we love watching other people enjoy it too.
By the way, are you eating a slice of bread right now? If you're not, we want you to be. Drop by, step up to our breadboard, and we'll be happy to cut you a hunk. Have some butter and try the honey - it's good stuff.
Have we mentioned we love whole wheat bread? We take wheat kernels and grind them into fresh whole wheat flour daily. We hand-knead our dough and use only a few simple ingredients (NO preservatives): whole wheat, water, salt, yeast, and a natural sweetener or two.
Call us... we're happy to take orders! And...we'll give you a free loaf for each 12 that you buy. Ask about our Bread Card.
We're happy to provide free bread for fundraisers, charity dinners, races, you name it. Contact us a couple of weeks in advance and tell us when, how many people, and who will pick up the bread. We donate our unsold bread to charity organizations and food banks.
We love to give tours of our bakery to kids or interested adults. Just call ahead. We enjoy the opportunity to talk about our bread, our bakery, or the benefits of a grain-rich diet to interested groups. If you need a speaker, please let us know.
One last thing... your complete satisfaction is always 100-percent guaranteed. That's the Great Harvest promise!
